The Star-Ledger released their ranking of the State’s Top 50 High School football players over the weekend and the Big North Conference was very well represented in those rankings. Twenty of the State’s Top 50 play for teams in the Big North Conference including the #1 ranked player, Jabrill Peppers of Paramus Catholic. Five of the Top 10 and eight of the Top 20 are Big North Conference players. Eight teams in the Conference have at least one player ranked with Paramus Catholic have the most ranked players with six total. Bergen Catholic, DePaul and Don Bosco are next with 3 ranked players each. St. Joseph’s has two players ranked and Demarest, Dwight Morrow and Ramapo each have one player ranked in the Top 50 in NJ. For a listing of the Big North Conference players ranked among the Top 50 HS football players in NJ by the Star-Ledger please see below…
