Bergen Catholic won the Bergen Bracket of the Big North Championship today and Crusaders senior Drake Ferriter captured the individual title.
Bergen Catholic carded a shoot-five, count-four score of 292 to finish 16 strokes ahead of archrival Don Bosco at Rockleigh GC and first among 24 teams representing five divisions.
The Crusaders also swept the top three individual spots, with Ferriter shooting 2-under 70 from the white tees, and junior George Cultraro and sophomore Jimmy Criscione 73, with Criscione runner-up via match of cards.
