BOYS

1. Ridgewood — The Maroons have always come to play, for lack of a better word, at the league meet. This year should be no different.

2. Old Tappan — Old Tappan had a nice warmup against Teaneck on April 22, and will have an exciting battle with Demarest for the Big North National division title.

3. River Dell — River Dell is putting out its stacked roster at the Patriot division meet and should take the title home.

4. Ramsey – Ramsey’s dominance at the Aviator relays has given the team great confidence, and its businesslike approach will serve it well at their league meet.

5. Don Bosco — Kyle Levermore and Mike Higgins will lead the Ironmen at the Penn Relays and United division championship, and the two should start dominating with individual meets coming up.

6. Demarest — It wouldn’t be surprising if Demarest beats out Old Tappan, and the two schools may flip-flop a few times this year.

7. Passaic Tech — Passaic Tech shouldn’t have a problem winning its fourth division title in a row.

8. Hasbrouck Heights — Heights had a nice showing at the Aviator relays, beating out rival Lodi.

9. Lodi — Even though Hasbrouck Heights outscored them by 11, Lodi was confident about upcoming meets coming out of the Aviator Relays.

10. Bergen Catholic – The Crusaders are the biggest threat to Don Bosco in the United division.
